Air Force Aid
All requests for financial assistance are for emergencies only. If you require assistance, please visit www.afas.org and submit an application online. Please complete all fields and upload all supporting documents. When complete, please call Joint Base Andrews at +1(301)981-7087 for further instructions. Families are able to receive information and referral services by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Family Needs Assessments can also be completed electronically. Out-processing actions for service members that have been allowed to PCS will continue to be completed. If you have any questions or concerns, please email Mrs. Wyatt.
Survivor Benefit Plan Briefings

The Airman and Family Readiness Center is the service organization and focal point for Air Force family matters. One of its major functions is ensuring military members and their families are connected with the appropriate services on and off base. The A&FRC serves all single and married Active Duty, DoD Civilian Personnel and their eligible family members, to include Guard and Reserve Members while on Active Duty, other eligible uniformed members, military retirees, and their eligible family members.
Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP)
The Air Force Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) is designed to provice support to military family members with special needs. All branches of the military offer EFMP, and each service includes a variety of personnel, medical and family support functions under the EFMP umbrella.
