Boxing Fit Cardio Intervals is a workout that combines traditional boxing & kickboxing moves and modern training approach with focus on speed and intensity to rapidly burn fat and improve your cardiovascular fitness. Short rounds of high-intensity exercises and agility training to build a lean and athletic body.
