Car Buying Strategies module is designed to develop knowledge and skills that will enable learners to conduct adequate research on a new car purchase, to determined how much they can afford to spend on a car, and to negotiate effectively when purchasing an automobile.
Eligible participants: Active-duty. retired military and their ID card Family members, Reservist and National Guard (while on active duty) and their ID card Family Members, survivors, and DOD Civilians.
