Build your confidence on the weight room floor. You’ll learn proper technique with barbells, dumbbells, plate‑loaded machines, and pulley‑based equipment—all in a fun, supportive small‑group setting.

Each session offers a different format, helping you learn new movements and build skills over time. You’ll begin at your own fitness level and safely grow stronger, more confident, and more capable with every class.

Must be 18+ and older, eligible retiree, DOD Civ, Active Duty, reservist, or authorized family member.
