Readiness Essentials for Army Leaders (R.E.A.L.) Foundation/Family Readiness Liason (FRL) Training

Defines Family Readiness and provides basic information on the different roles within the FRG. Provide the assigned unit FRL with an understanding of their roles and responsibilities within the FRG and how they can execute the Commander's vision. Provide knowledge needed to begin implementing the mission essential tasks associated with the FRG.
