A high‑energy dance fitness class that blends international rhythms and easy‑to‑follow moves for a fun, “exercise‑in‑disguise” experience. The natural intervals in the music keep your heart rate moving and your body engaged. All levels are welcome!
Must be 18 or older, eligible retiree, DOD civilian, active duty, reservist, or authorized family member.
