Information on Family and MWR’s exciting, new Employee Award Program!

• New awards in 5 different categories!
• Up to 12 winners per quarter!
• Open to all non-supervisory positions!

1. Recognition Award Categories

Each of the following, special recognition awards will be
presented each quarter to the top twelve qualifying employees.

• Peer to Peer Recognition Award
• Unsung Hero Recognition Award
• Customer Service Individual Recognition Award
• Leading The Way Recognition Award

Each of the winners will receive:
- a pin
- $150 cash award
- “Time Off” certificate
- a certificate signed by the DFMWR

2. Special Bi-annual Recognition Category

DFMWR Excellence  Recognition Award

- Winner program receives a “Bragging Rights” trophy to display for six months
- Winner program receives a wall plaque with their name to display
- Winner program will receive a personalized cake
