Fort Meade is 35 minutes from Bethesda, 20 minutes from Baltimore and 30 minutes from DC. The Fort Meade Pavilion is the big white tent located along Llewellyn Ave. between Chisholm Ave and Chamberlin Ave.

The event tent near the Llewellyn Gate entrance can be reserved by calling +1(301)677-3810 or +1(301)677-3301. The event tent can hold 1200 people and it comes with tables, chairs and a stage.  Call or email for a site visit or more information.  It's a great spot for change of command ceremonies and has been utilized as an inclement weather site when the parade field is too wet.

If you are looking to market your event to the military, you will have access to 10,564 active-duty military members, 22,278 family members, over 48,694 military retirees and their Family members, as well as 21,129 civilian government employees and their Families who are attached to Fort Meade.
