Virtual session and Face to Face
To provide valuable educational material to parents and caregivers. Since babies do not come with instructions, we would like to help you prepare for the new baby and provide information on the most effective ways to take care of a new born while decreasing stress levels.
Open to all active duty military, dependents, and retirees who are pregnant or have children ages zero to one year old.
