Cashless Operations Information

Moving to Cashless Operations!

Based on a directive from IMCOM ID-Sustainment

Starting October 1, 2026, select DFMWR facilities will transition to 100% cashless transactions.

To provide faster, more secure, and more convenient service, the following facilities will no longer accept cash, including exact change, under any circumstances:

  • Child & Youth Services (CYS)
  • Sports, Fitness & Aquatics (SF&A)
  • Arts & Crafts Center
  • Leisure Travel Services (LTS)
  • Pet Care Center
  • Java Café
  • Auto Skills Center

Accepted Payment Methods: Debit cards, major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX, Star Card)

Note: All remaining DFMWR facilities will fully transition to cashless operations NLT 4 Jan 2027. We appreciate your cooperation and support as we make this transition!
