Getting started is simple:
- Form a Team – Units and organizations may create their own teams.
- Letter of Intent – Submit to confirm your team is entering
- Team Roster – List all players and your designated coach.
- Coaches’ Meeting – Required before play begins.

Free Agents – Individuals without teams can join by attending the meeting.

Payments and sign-ups may be completed online or at the local fitness/sports office.
